PaperTrail software has the ability to provide a portal Interface that allows 3rd party to access your records in a controlled and audible way.

3rd Parties are able to directly access documentation for use in their own processes. These documents are easily searchable and available for view and downloads.  Where required, linked/associated documents can be downloaded in 1 ‘zip’ file or these records can be merged into 1 pdf.

By granting access directly to these records, clients could realise an increase in the turnaround time from the time of invoicing to the payment date by your customers.  This decreases your ‘outstanding debtors report’ and directly impacts your Bottom Line.

For Clients that would prefer not to allow access or ‘publish’ their own PaperTrail Environment, hosted and replicated solutions can be implemented to allow access to these Records.
